Blessing of the Animals
In the fine tradition of St. Francis od Assissi, Our Saviour’s has been invited to partner with other churches to hold a Blessing of the Animals service. We’ll meet together at Central Park at 10 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 14. All are invited, as are their pets, for this time of blessing!

Meet your neighbors
National Night Out, an effort to have neighbor meet neighbor to build relationships and discourage crime will be held in Sunnyside on Tuesday, Aug. 5. OSELC will host a National Night Out block party from 6 to 8 p.m. We’ll have lots of food…everything from hamburgers to watermelon to cake…plus a raffle for free items…

Church in the Park!
On Sunday, Aug. 10, OSELC will partner with three other Sunnyside churches to offer an outdoor worship service at Central Park. Pizza and games and fun…oh my!
It’s time to get your game face on as OSELC will offer a game night this Saturday, 7/26, at 5:30 p.m. Pizza will be provided, and those joining in the fun are asked to bring a salad or dessert. See you there!

Joint service 7/20 @ UMC
Our Saviour’s Evangelical Church will participate in a special combined worship service this Sunday, July 20, at United Methodist Church, corner of Eighth and Edison in Sunnyside. The service will start at 10 a.m., followed by a potluck.

Tasty Sunday
This Sunday, July 13, will offer plenty to whet the appetite. During worship service we’ll feast on the encouragement of classic songs with an Old Fashioned Hymn Sing. Afterwards we’ll enjoy a BBQ with OSELC providing the hamburgers, hotdogs and buns. A $5 donation is requested for the BBQ, which is part of our Budget…

Yard sale!
OSELC’s annual yard sale is this Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. In the fellowship area. Proceeds from the sale will benefit the churxh, Nuestra Casa and Lower Valley Hospice. Join us and find something for your home or garden and support your community at the same time!
