(Ice) Bucket Brigade

This morning after worship service several at OSELC participated in an ice bucket challenge to honor our longtime friend and sister Sonja McDaniel, who is battling ALS. In her name we raised more than $1,00image0 for ALS research

Joint service 7/20 @ UMC

Our Saviour’s Evangelical Church will participate in a special combined worship service this Sunday, July 20, at United Methodist Church, corner of Eighth and Edison in Sunnyside.

The service will start at 10 a.m., followed by a potluck.

Red wine and chocolate and a visting bishop

imageOur Saviour’s is putting the fun in fundraising this Sunday, Feb. 23, with a red wine and chocolate event after worship service.  A donation of $7.50 per person is suggested for the event, which will feature a chocolate fountain, assorted chocolates, hors d’oeuvres, red wine and sparkling cider. Those who want to drink are asked to bring their own glass.

This Sunday’s worship service at 10 a.m. will also be special as the sermon will be presented by Bishop Martin Wells. Join us for a morning of worship and fellowship!
