Crop Walk
OSELC will be one of many Sunnyside churches participating in the 11th annual Crop Walk on Saturday, March 21, at 9 a.m. at Chief Kamiakin Elementary School.
The annual fundraising event is a way to bring attention to the issue of world hunger.
A fourth of the money raised during the local hunger walk will be donated to area food banks. The remainder will be donated to the Church World Service, a partnership of 37 different Christian denominations working around the world to provide disaster relief, fight hunger, provide clean and safe water and foster self-development.
